1. Acceptance

By engaging Prosper Elevate Finance’s services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Prosper Elevate Finance provides services including, but not limited to:

• Home Loan / Bond Origination
• Credit Profile Assessment
• Credit Repair and Credit Rebuild Assistance
• Debt Review Guidance
• Blacklisting Assistance
• Financial Information and Consultation

Approval of any application remains subject to the requirements and approval criteria of the relevant financial institution.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Submit all required supporting documentation.
• Notify Prosper Elevate Finance of any material changes affecting their application.
• Cooperate throughout the application process.

Any delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information may affect processing times.

4. Fees

Where applicable, fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before services commence.

All fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

Prosper Elevate Finance does not guarantee approval of any:

• Home Loan
• Vehicle Finance
• Business Finance
• Credit Facility
• Credit Repair Outcome

All decisions remain at the sole discretion of the relevant financial institution, credit provider, or credit bureau.

6. Credit Bureau Enquiries

The client authorizes Prosper Elevate Finance and its partners to conduct credit bureau enquiries where required for the provision of services.

7. Confidentiality

All client information will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Client information may be shared with financial institutions, service providers, attorneys, or credit bureaus where necessary to provide the requested service.

8. Processing Times

Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• Financial institutions
• Credit bureaus
• Attorneys
• Third-party service providers
• Availability of required documents

9. Limitation of Liability

Prosper Elevate Finance shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made by lenders or credit providers.
• Delays caused by third parties.
• Losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the client.
• Any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Cancellation

Either party may terminate the engagement in writing.

Any fees due for work already completed remain payable.

11. Communication

The client agrees to receive communication via:

• Telephone
• WhatsApp
• Email
• SMS

for service updates, document requests, and application progress.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
